One Hell of a Helmet

Arai make some pretty decent lids – I should know, I’m a bit of an expert.
But they have gone to the next level with this their latest offering – the almost pornographic Arai RX-7 RC - one of the most exclusive motorcycle helmets ever to be put into production.

Made almost entirely from carbon fibre, and taking 22 man hours to make each one, you can almost justify the price tag that sits in excess of £2000! Forget bike insurance – you need helmet insurance if you manage to get your hands of one of the 300 of these being made.

Only thing is the sizes only go up to XXL- bit of a squeeze for me.
