Van-Tastic was to stop speeders

To a certain extent, I can understand people that get a bit miffed when people speed past their house. It’d get annoying after a while. Not sure what lengths I’d go to in order to try and stop them though...probably not as far as this guy.

Kerry Donnelly bought an old police speed check van (on ebay!)– and just parked it outside his house. As you do.

Apparently it has significantly reduced the number of speeders flying past his house – and the police have told him he isn’t breaking the law. Winner. (Sort of.)
