Shakey & Hill Start Strongest at Brands
The Easter Weekend opener hatched an egg of excitement this weekend at Brands with some awesome battles, frequent smashes and some exhilarating racing.
Shane Byrne was straight back into winning ways, fighting hard on his way to victory in race one of the MCE Insurance BSB. Clark Curve was proving a little tricky for more than a few riders on a day so hot I nearly melted.
The HM Honda bikes were bravely fought off by Tommy Hill though in race two, as he won the second race and takes a four point lead into the second round. Probably a bit too early for Tommy to get too excited though – anyone remember what happened last season?
