MCE Insurance have followed up re-location to their new Hi-Tech Northamptonshire HQ with some ground-breaking online developments, offering customers a truly 21st century service.
Julian Edwards, Director at MCE Insurance says: ‘We’ve recently completed some intense research amongst motorcyclists, who’ve outlined the technological advances they’d like to see when it comes to buying and renewing motorcycle insurance.
Our new Hi-Tech centre in Northamptonshire has ensured that we have been able to deliver what bikers have asked for. As 43% of motorcyclists now complete quotes online it makes sense for them to be able to renew online as well- you now can with MCE.
But we’ve not just stopped there- motorcyclists quite rightly wanted to be able to do more online with their insurance. MCE’s systems will soon allow customers to manage their direct debits, claims and mid-term adjustments online too, watch this space for updates.’
