MCE Insurance campaign against London Parking Tax
Specialist London motorcycle insurance provider, MCE Insurance has become a main supporter of the non-political action group ‘No To The Bike Parking Tax’, who’s mission statement reads ‘campaigning to have all parking taxes for motorcycles and scooters abolished’.
The group represent motorcyclists and scooterists who object to illegitimate introduction of parking levies by Westminster City Council. The aim to achieve the goal of the abandonment of this parking charge experiment (scheme is due for review by Westminster Council) by making the views of bikers known through protest, lobbying,legal direct action and official objections.
‘No To The Bike Parking Tax’ organising regular protests on the streets of London, protests with purpose. The latest on 31st March where 4,000 plus bikers rode from the Traffalgor Square to Westminster City Council.
