
The team at MCE are a tight-knit bunch. Each December, with the aim of pulling each of the different departments even closer together, MCE undertake a 'Job Appreciation' project where people spend half a day with a colleague from a different department. Feedback from the people involved is then used to help improve processes and procedures, all with the ultimate aim of improving the customer's journey at MCE.
Hallam Knapp, Sales Delivery Manager noted; "This scheme gives each of us involved a fresh look at the job that our colleagues around the building do. It helps us understand the challenges that they have to deal with each day and how we can all help each other on a daily basis."
