Award-winning insurance provider, MCE, has signed a major deal with Open GI, to increase operational efficiency through technology and grow their web business.
The five year deal covers MCE's entire IT infrastructure for both their call centre and trading website www.mceinsurance.com, which was built by Open GI's e-commerce team. The specialist motorcycle broker employs over 170 in Northampton and is reporting approaching 30% growth in 2010 with the support of Open GI technology.
The partnership includes a range of Open GI products aimed at introducing 'zero-touch' web processing and improved call centre processing speeds. For example Workflow Manager and Open Document Centre, which reduce manual intervention and allow for automated document delivery. Active Quote will introduce real-time pricing, whilst InfoCentre Plus will improve data mining and business intelligence reporting.
