Biker Insurance at the double

C.W. writes: I have seen a lot of adverts for cover that gives you discount for two or more cars. I have a car and two motorbikes. Does anyone do a similar loyalty deal for bikers?
G.T. replies: Insuring vehicles together is not always the best idea because there may be other providers that can insure your additional vehicles more competitively than the provider of your car insurance. Check both options. A broker can do this for you. There are multi-motorcycle policies available through brokers such as MCE (0844 338 67 04, mceinsurance.com) that can also offer motorcycle policy holders a discount on their car cover.
