MCE continue to develop talent from within
MCE Insurance take great pride in investing in the development of their people and providing them with platforms from which to progress their careers. The latest example of this is the appointment of Rob Wright to the position of Customer Action Team Manager for the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance.
Rob has been with MCE for more than five years and has worked in a number of departments within the company, giving him a depth of technical knowledge and experience in key parts of the personal lines insurance business such as sales, retention and customer service. Rob is also a product of MCE's leadership development programme, TalentEd, a scheme designed to grow the knowledge and leadership ability of members of the team at the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series.
