MCE prove to be 'Rich' in internal talent
MCE Insurance have always taken great pride in the development of the careers of their people and providing them with learning opportunities from which to grow and achieve. The latest example of this is the appointment of Richard Watson to the position of Sales Delivery Manager for the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series.
Richard has been with MCE for more than three years now, having been snapped up from his previous company, having been the leading sales generator for three straight years. Richard has replicated those achievements at MCE and last year entered into MCE's leadership development programme, which has been designed to grow the knowledge and leadership ability of members of the team at the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance.
Matt Duck, MCE's Head of Talent is delighted with Richard's progress; "We knew from the first day he joined us that Richard had something special about him. He has always been a terrific salesman but we pride ourselves at MCE on spotting that extra layer of talent over and above the person's core job role.
