MCE Insurance are delighted to be able to announce the latest in a long list of their people who have achieved academic success through their company-funded development schemes. Matt Duck, Head of Talent at the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance has now completed his four-year Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a qualification accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
The funding for this qualification was provided under the company's Scholarships scheme, which allows MCE people to undertake professional qualifications alongside their work at the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series. Matt was one of the first recipients of a Scholarship four years ago and has worked hard to achieve his qualification, which has been awarded with a 'Merit' classification.
Julian Edwards, MCE's Group Chief Executive enthused; "Our people and our customers are the most important part of our business and we are incredibly proud to host the UK's most exciting training programme here at MCE. Scholarships are a key part of this strategy and I am thrilled to be able to announce Matt's graduation. Over the past four years, Matt has shown great ability, focus and complete dedication in achieving at the highest level and gaining his chartered status. I have no doubt Matt's graduation will provide an inspiring springboard for both his career and MCE's future development. This is a fantastic accomplishment, congratulations to him."
