MCE's Theft Insurance offering just keeps getting better

Theft Insurance has been available from MCE Insurance for more than 18 months now and has proved to be a popular option for owners of motocross, trials, enduro and kids bikes. The UK's Number One provider of motorbike insurance has recently made amendments to this product to make it even more attractive to riders based on the feedback from the people that deal directly with MCE's customers on a daily basis.
The title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series hold communication forums with their people on a bi-monthly basis and ask for feedback on products, services and processes that could benefit from the odd tweak here and there to improve them. Recent feedback from MCE's switched-on team focused on the Theft Insurance product and some of the restrictions that potential customers were describing. As a result of the feedback, MCE have changed the maximum bike price that can be insured from £6000 to £8000 and are now in a position to offer multi-bike policies to customers who have more than one machine in their household. In addition to these great changes, a Sold Secure ground anchor is now available to purchase direct from MCE at the same time as setting up a policy.
Julian Edwards, MCE's Chief Executive enthused; "Our people listen intently to our customers' needs and have given us feedback based on what they are being told by riders all over the country. We have reacted swiftly and are delighted to be able to improve our Theft Insurance product in line with what riders were telling us they wanted."
