Kiyo Comments on Oulton Park Hopes

MCE Insurance

Ryuichi Kiyonari currently sits sixth in the MCE British Superbike Championship standings - for most riders on the biggest ever grid this would be a dream position for he would make the showdown, however with Kiyo with his sights set on his 4th series win he is undoubtedly unhappy with his performance so far.

With Josh Brookes twice beating him to gain the podium finish at Brands Hatch in the second round he will be heading to Oulton Park this weekend more determined than ever to prove what his 2015 goal is - to win the title.

Kiyonari says "We worked on some areas we needed to after Brands Hatch and they are much better now" following the Official test at Oulton Park, and he is "more determined to have better results this weekend". The Buildbase BMW rider has continually shown his ability in the MCE BSB and doesn't hesitate to make his goals clear; he comments "I was disappointed with a double fourth because in every race I want to win".

Oulton Park will be important for all riders involved, with the break between the third and fourth round to walk away with a couple of podium finishes could prove vital to not only the overall standings, but riders morale as well. Thankfully we don't have long to wait, and we wouldn't put it past Kiyo to give it everything he's got this weekend to do just that!
