O'Halloran returns from injury at Cartagena
Jason O'Halloran's MCE British Superbike campaign was cut short in 2015 due after a particularly nasty crash at Thruxton which required a number of operations and time to recover.
With this in mind it was fantastic to see the Australian back on his Honda Racing Fireblade today at Cartagena in Spain as the team begin their pre-season testing.
This was a great opportunity for the 'O'Show' to get comfortable on the Honda oncemore and to prepare both himself and the bike for the first round of the season at Silverstone which is fast approaching.
The Honda rider said: "It has been a really positive day one here at Cartagena and I have had a smile on my face all day - it has been really nice to get out riding again. It went better than expected to be honest as I didn't know how my body was going to feel, but to be fair I was feeling really comfortable by the end of the day. We got down to a decent pace and just turned as many laps as we could. We have another day tomorrow to get some more laps under my belt and I can't wait!"
