Stuart Easton announces retirement
Stuart Easton has announced that he decided to retire, bringing to an end an eighteen-year career with two British Supersport titles and four Macau Grand Prix wins to his name.
The 33-year-old's retirement will be effective immediately and he plans to help in running his family business, as well as spend some more time with his wife and two sons.
The rider, affectionately nicknamed 'Rat boy' is well aware of the risks in racing on both the track and on roads, suffering from two major injuries in his career - at the NW200 in 2011 and at Brands Hatch in 2015 - however the resilient and determined rider returned on both occasions.
