Big Ed teams up with Fantasy Road Race
MCE Insurance Fantasy Road Race 2012 is Go Go Go!!!
Not content with being the headline sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbikes race series, the UK's Number One provider of motorbike insurance have teamed up with Motorcycle News (MCN) for the third year running to sponsor the publication's Fantasy Road Race competition.
The competition gives bike race fans a chance to add some spice to every race weekend of the bike racing calendar by choosing their ultimate six man race team from across the Moto GP, World Superbikes and MCE BSB series'.
Points are scored by virtue of the finishing positions of each team's riders at every race across the year and there are some top prizes on offer for the most successful fantasy team managers throughout the season.
Each round gives team managers the opportunity to win fabulous prizes with Pirelli tyres and MCE BSB tickets up for grabs. The lucky winner of the overall competition will win a brand new white Yamaha FZ8 motorbike.
Last year's winning team manager was Duncan Norman, who took delivery of a 50th anniversary Yamaha YZF-125R, as well as knowing that he outwitted thousands of other race fans to take the title. This competition brings a bit of fun and rivalry amongst friends to every race meeting through the year.
