MCE's internal development scheme launched
Following the success of the career development scheme run last year at MCE Insurance, the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance have launched the 2012/13 scheme with a record number of sixteen recruits preparing to undertake the intensive six-month programme.
The scheme, named TalentEd after MCE's flag Bearer Big Ed is a developmental course for MCE people who have been talent spotted by their Managers as having the potential to develop within the company. The group will undergo training, coaching and development sessions as well as on-the-job experiences designed to stretch them and develop them as individuals.
Matt Duck, Head of Talent at the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike series enthused; "Last year, TalentEd gave our people a great opportunity to progress their careers within the company. Many of them seized that opportunity with both hands and we have filled a number of key positions here at MCE with graduates of last year's programme. This year, we have improved the scheme further and we now look forward to this year's group experiencing their own examples of career development."
