MCE Motorcycle Training Day
MCE Insurance have a track record of providing unrivalled training and development for their people and are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to provide learning opportunities for their team. On Friday August 3rd, the Number One provider of motorcycle insurance in the UK held the latest in a series of interactive training days at their state-of-the-art call centre in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
The theme of the day was 'The Journey of a Motorcyclist' and numerous exhibitors and business partners were on hand for the day to help MCE people understand the different experiences on the journey to becoming a motorcyclist, including Honda UK, the RAC and representatives from the nation-wide 'Get On' campaign. Also in attendance were Jon Kirkham and Michael Laverty, riders with the Samsung Honda team in the MCE Insurance British Superbike series, sharing their experiences of life on the track with the MCE team.
All MCE people got an opportunity to spend time with each of the exhibitors and truly understand the ins and outs of the life of a motorcyclist, from learning to ride, buying the right machine to what happens when there is a breakdown or an accident.
