New recruits for TalentED
At MCE insurance one of their aims is retaining and nurturing talent. Through their TalentED scheme MCE people get the chance to develop their career within the company with the view of moving into more senior roles.
The TalentED scheme is built up of development workshops, expert sessions and behavioural development talks. All these take place over a 6-month period with the aim of getting people ready for the next stage of their career at MCE.
Ten MCE people get to take part in the TalentED scheme and this year they are Owen Rush, Jarek Morka, Leanne Shilton, James Jenkins, Reece Whitwell, Glenn O'Leary, Josh Smith, Ben Rowe, Hannah Tidbury and Adam Steel.
Matt Duck, MCE's head of Talent had this to say, "MCE's TalentED scheme has gone from strength to strength over the last few years seeing many of MCE's people develop themselves and their careers here at the company." He added, "We would like to wish this new batch of TalentED people the very best of luck with the course over the next few months and look forward to seeing the results."
