TalentED Graduates celebrate another successful year
MCE Insurance, the Uk's number one provider of motorbike insurance believe in retaining and developing talent. Through their TalentED scheme they take talented people from around the business and develop them technically and behaviourally with a view to progressing their careers within the company.
Now in its third year, the scheme has seen numerous successes in terms of people developing their careers. Of this year's group, Gemma Julyan (Sales Delivery Manager), Amy Shilton (Customer Service Manager), Emma Cosford (Customer Service Manager), Trevor Gawley (Claims Executive) and Margaret Zakrzewska (Finance Assistant) have all achieved new positions within the company. Mitchell Perry, Kylie Vince, Naveen Sonatra, Hazel Smith, Richard Bierton, Mark Jubb, Ceri Lewison, Liam Wright and Adam Dickerson also all had a successful year developing themselves on the scheme and will certainly be looking to further themselves within the company in the future.
MCE Insurance's Chief Group Executive Julian Edwards had this to say, "Here at MCE our TalentED scheme is designed to develop and further the careers of our already very talented team. We aim to retain this talent not only to help the individual but also to ensure our customers get the best experience when dealing with us."
