Just got off the phone with a superb customer service agent. I had been confused and stressed out by a claim I am currently making, there had been some misinformation from a third party and I had lots of difficult and specific queries. He was immediately very warm and welcoming, extremely polite and happy to help with my several queries and confusions. He clarified everything and apologised in a genuine way where necessary, explained when he was about to put me on hold and when he was going to ask his manager certain questions. Having worked in customer service I know how frustrating it can be but I think he is an asset to the team and deserves recognition- on that note MCE have always offered me the best policy for my needs at a good rate and always help as best they can!
