I called in today and spoke to a lovely lady in customer service. I had made a mistake when taking the policy out and forgot to include my 2 years no claims. The whole process only took a few minutes and her polite nature really shined through on the call.
If this one call is anything to go by , then i think I'm in for a good service from MCE should i ever need to claim.
As silly as i felt having made a mistake , she put me at ease. I really hope she gets the commendation she deserves as she did a fantastic job. Very pleased!
