I called my insurance company as I had a few questions, Firstly I was impressed as I was put through almost immediately! Which was great no one wants to be in a que!
Dayle answered my call and was able to help me and tell me what I wanted to know, as daft as it may sound it was quiet possibly the easiest call to an insurance company I have ever made. He seems to be a guy who genuinely enjoys his job and this means that customers enjoy there experience as there was no hassle and he was able to help with no messing around!
I had recieved emails from him with the information I needed seconds after hanging up the phone. If every call I made was this simple it would save me time and money.
It was an absolute pleasure to talk with him and he deserves praise for his competence and phone manor! Dayle is the man
