If you want to staff your call centre with enthusiastic, polite and helpful staff (even on a Bank Holiday) you need your staff to be like the person I dealt with. Was only a quick call, nothing out of the ordinary but the person I dealt with made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and that Id qualified as Special Customer for the Day treatment. First class job, keep up the high standards!
