Just finish conversation with a lady at customer service about changing the policy to my new bike.
Everything was as expected...she was polite and very nice person to speak with.My insurance was sort out within few minutes and I wasn't angry afterwards,which is normal experience when dealing with insurance people...
I normally do not give feedback,but after I put the phone down I actually felt happy.5 stars
