While making a couple of changes to my policy (moving and adding expected mileage for the year) I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the phone was answered and only a simple but efficient voice direction system put me through to the correct place first time. Generally I find voice systems awful, they usually have 3,517 questions and I get very frustrated by them, especially when they start repeating themselves. However, the MCE one was not too bad.
