Spoke with Dayle yesterday to arrange a midterm adjustment for a new motorbike.
From the time Dayle picked up the call to the time it ended he showed great awareness and knowledge of the life and issues of a motorcyclist. He was aware the the adjustment fee was a little steep so he rapidly arranged a review with his supervisor and came back with a more realistic price. In the time of many phone lines and indifferent call handlers Dayle added a human touch which is frequently lacking. Thanks!
