When you take out an MCE policy, you may need to agree to download the MCE App to submit important documents to validate your policy.
Validating your policy reduces fraud, keeps premiums low, and ensures your information is correct and your policy is valid. It means that should you ever need to claim, we have your information and can get straight to work.

How do I download the MCE App?
We’ve put a [quick guide] together for you which should answer any questions that you may have.
How do I validate my policy?
Simply download our mobile app, complete the initial login steps and then follow the in-app instructions. We’ll let you know if there’s anything else we need.
When do I need to validate my policy by?
MCE require validation documents to be uploaded using the mobile within 14 days of purchasing your policy.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
We inform all customers when they take a policy out whether they will be required to download the MCE Validation App. If you have taken out a policy and do not have a smart phone, please contact customer services as soon as possible.
I won’t be able to give you the documents in time, can I give them to you at a later date?
You have 14 days to validate your insurance, if you are unable to do this within that period please call us and we will take you off cover.
After I submit, how will I know if my policy is validated?
We will text you to let you know when we have validated your policy. If we encounter an issue with your submissions – such as the image quality – we will contact you to let you know the next steps.
What documents do I need to give you?
The documents we’ll need are specific to your policy and the information you have provided us. When you log into the app the documents that we need will be shown to you on the front page.
Can I delete the app after I’ve validated my policy?
We don’t recommend deleting the app during your policy – it can be useful when making a claim or breaking down, or even checking when your policy is due to expire.
I’ve tried to validate my policy through the app but I can’t.
Please call us as soon as you can and we try and help you validate your policy.
