Tommy Hill announced on Sunday that the first rider to be added to his new THM ePayMe Yamaha team was his 2011 rival John Hopkins, and the line-up was completed today with Stuart Easton being announced as his teammate. Easton sadly missed out on the final few rounds of the MCE BSB season despite his best efforts to return to protect his place in the showdown. It was one of his best seasons on record, however, bagging a win at Oulton Park and finishing on the podium on three other occasions.

The Scot celebrated his most recent Supersport title victory on a Yamaha and will be hoping to strive to do the same again in 2016 after a winter of recovery and recuperation.

The former PBM Kawasaki rider said: "I was unlucky to have ended this season with the injury, but I feel confident about next season and the new challenge. Lots of people say you are as good as your last race and the last races I did when I was fully fit before my crash and was subsequently injured, I finished in second place twice at Knockhill so that bodes well! I feel like this season I have been riding as well as I have ever done and so next year is another big opportunity for me and I feel that myself, Hopper and Tommy all have points to prove on different levels and we can't wait to get started."

Team owner Tommy Hill has chosen two riders with whom he has history with, former rival John Hopkins and former teammate Stuart Easton which will prove interesting in 2016. Here at MCE Insurance we wish Easton the best with his recovery and a strong start to the season on the Yamaha!
