Mossey sticks with Quattro Plant for 2016 MCE BSB

MCE Insurance

Luke Mossey has had an incredible rookie season with Quattro Plant Kawasaki and is set to return for a second year with the team in the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship.

The Riders Cup title-winner moved up from the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship this year and became comfortable at Superbike pace as early as the pre-season testing. The Royston rider was unfazed by the competition and went from strength to strength, resulting in a podium finish at Thruxton and one to match in Assen.

The team are set to announce their second rider at the Motorcycle Live show later this month at the Kawasaki stand. The two riders will compete in the 2016 championship on the new ZX-10R which has already received positive feedback, they will begin to test the bike in Spain in the New Year to prepare for what promises to be a great season for the team.

Mossey said: "with a new model for next year, I feel that we can prove ourselves again next season as I want us to regularly challenge for the podium. Everyone wants to be in the Showdown, but I think that should be our aim and if we are consistent and up at the sharp end we should be in a good position."
