Dee-lightful appointment made at MCE Insurance
MCE Insurance know how important investment in the development of their people is to the future of their company and the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance take great pride in providing their people with platforms from which to progress their careers. MCE have now announced the promotion of one of their rising stars to the position of Head of Operations in the shape of Dee Modha.
Dee has worked for MCE for more than six years and has covered a number of departments within the company in that time, giving her a depth of technical knowledge and experience in key parts of the personal lines insurance business such as sales, retention and customer service. Most recently, Dee was selected to take part in MCE's innovative 'Fast-Track' development scheme, which provided her with leadership development alongside an intensive technical learning experience in all areas of the after sales teams at the title sponsors of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Series. Dee will now take overall responsibility for the company's customer service, administration and IT teams, processes and performance.
