Duck dives on new position
MCE, the UK's number one provider of motorbike insurance understands the importance of investing in the development of their people and that it is key to the future of the company. Recently a number of structural changes have taken place providing platforms from which MCE people are able to progress in their careers. Matt Duck former Head of Talent has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Matt has worked for MCE for nearly 6 years initially joining MCE from Tesco to head up the HR department. Given Matt's depth of experience in key parts of the business his new role will now take overall responsibility for the company's customer service, claims and compliance departments as well as maintaining his HR role. By heading up these departments Matt will ensure the smooth running of MCE's core functions delivering a solid foundation for growth.
