MCE Apprentices Attain Excellence
MCE Insurance, the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance know how important their people are in providing an excellent customer experience at all times. As such, they are constantly investing time and money in the development of their people in order to achieve the required levels of excellence.
Eleven of MCE's Customer Service department have just completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service following an intensive six month course. This programme saw the team assessed on all aspects of delivering excellent customer service and required a combination of on-the-job, classroom and home learning. The Apprenticeship is the equivalent of five GCSE's and serves to teach the learners new skills, as well as validating existing ones and all eleven MCE people passed the course with flying colours.
