MCE BSB sponsorship makes history..!
MotorSport Vision (MSV), the commercial and media rights holder of the British Superbike Championship (BSB), is delighted to announce a five year title sponsorship extension with MCE Insurance, the UK's No.1 bike insurer, making it the longest continuous partnership of its kind in motorcycle racing history.
The contract announced today (Wednesday 10th October) is for 2013 until 2017, making it the longest title sponsorship by far at 9 years in total. Activation rights include significant branding of MCE BSB events and assets as well as the ability to offer unrivalled benefits and experiences for our policy holders at each of the 12 championship rounds held annually.
MCE Insurance Group Chief Executive Julian Edwards believes the established partnership with MSV will continue to provide a strong platform for further market growth. He commented: "MCE and BSB is a fantastic fit, the UK's number one motorcycle insurer and the UK's number one motorsport series, so it was an easy decision to extend our title sponsorship way into the future. We've had an exceptional first four years partnering with MSV, particularly with the superb MCE BSB experiences we've been able to provide to MCE customers. The final round of the 2012 MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship takes place at Brands Hatch circuit this weekend (12/13/14 October). Six riders representing five of the world's leading motorcycle manufacturers are in contention for the title, which will be decided at the triple-header event.
