Adam Parker Promoted to Head of Operations
MCE Insurance are delighted to announce that Adam Parker has been promoted to Head of Operations at the company.
Adam will be tasked with implementing a numberof exciting change projects for MCE, ensuring the organisation continues to provide the best price, product and service for every customer.
Adam has gone from strength to strength during his 14 years within MCE. He started his journey in the infrastructure department, before becoming a Claims Operations Manager in 2013 within MCE’s newly created claims function. He then managed the Operations Team, leading to this most recent promotion to Head of Operations.
He is a champion of the MCE scholarship scheme, obtaining his Certificate of Insurance, his Prince2 Practitioner Certificate, as well as becoming a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) whilst at MCE.
Adam’s has a wealth of knowledge on all areas of MCE’s everyday Operations. His innovation, problem solving and diligence shine through on a constant basis, and the success of the Operations Team shows that he is able to use his leadership skills to develop a group of people that continually make a positive difference to the business.
