MCE Launches New Customer Portal

‘We want to create a Friction Free world of insurance’ says CEO Julian Edwards as a new development for all MCE customers is launched.

MCE customers will now have access to a brand-new Customer Portal. With a robust registration process, customers can now log in to their own customer area and see and download their documents, as well as change some contact details. The new portal is designed by putting the customer first and is mobile optimised, simple to navigate and uses clear communication and language.

This first release is just the beginning of many upcoming developments including self-serve midterm adjustments, renewals, and other policy management.

For too long have insurance customers been bound by confusing processes and practices, difficult to understand jargon and long waits on the phone. We want to remove all that by putting customers’ policies in their hands, giving them the ability to make change and control their insurance how they want – as an insurer, why wouldn’t we want to do that?”
