Multi-bike for Ireland
MCE Insurance, Ireland's number one bike insurer, has made another exciting addition to their Irish policy after listening to feedback at their free Irish Trackday event in July. The event which saw MCE take over Mondello Park and invite 200 lucky participants to get out on track was also used as a chance to talk to Irish bikers and see what they wanted from their insurance. They expressed the need for more multi-bike insurance option, as this was something that was harder to find in the Irish motorcycle insurance market. MCE have listened to their concerns and are delighted to be able to offer multi-bike option on all Irish policies.
This means customers can cover up to 5 bikes in one go, chop and change them through the year and make enormous savings compared to insuring them individually. It also allows different types of bike on the same policy - regardless of whether you have a garage full of scooters, or a random mix of different styles, ages and engine sizes.
Chief Executive of MCE Julian Edwards commented, "After listening to Irish bikers at our free Trackday event it was clear things really need to change in terms of bike insurance here in Ireland. For too long Irish bikers have been left out in the cold forced to take up policies that don't cater for their true needs generally due to a lack of options. Our multi-bike addition to our Irish policy is something customers wanted, so it's something we've given them."
