Scholarships continue to bear fruit at MCE Insurance
MCE Insurance, the UK's Number One provider of motorbike insurance last year launched their in-house Scholarships scheme, providing MCE people with a platform to develop within their roles in the company and to grow on a personal level by funding external training qualifications.
The latest beneficiary of this development mechanism has recently graduated to a new position within the company. Margaret Zakrzewska, currently studying for her level three qualifications in her AAT course, with the ultimate aim to achieve the status of a qualified accountant, has recently been promoted to the position of Finance Assistant in MCE's Finance team.
Margaret joins her fellow Finance team member, Justin Griffiths, in benefitting from MCE's considerable Scholarships fund and having her AAT qualifications funded by the company.
Matt Duck, Head of Talent at the UK's Number One provider of motorcycle insurance commented: "At MCE, we are keenly aware of how professional qualifications can have an extremely positive impact on our organisation. I am delighted to be involved in funding our people to achieve excellence in their field.
