MCE Insurance has been instrumental in negotiating an out-of-court settlement of £4.1m plus £240,000 a year for a paralysed rider. Darren Russell from Derby, Cheshire, suffered a broken neck in 2008 when in collision with a lorry at Stockport, Cheshire. Three accident reconstruction experts were involved in the investigation. The lorry driver was found culpable at Liverpool High Court in 2010.
