MCE Reports a 0% Gender Pay Gap for the Third Year
MCE Insurance, a leading specialist provider of motorcycle, car & van insurance has achieved a zero percent gender pay gap for the third consecutive year, since reporting began. All qualifying companies will have to report this data by 4th April 2020, however based on last published data the overall results for Financial and Insurance sector was 21.1% gender difference in favour of males.
What is equally impressive at MCE insurance is that the company now has an employment ratio 49 to 51 % female to male, representing once again equal pay for equal jobs in every salary banding quadrants as defined by the Government Equalities Office.
