Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

- Defining and impacts of new systems and documenting 'to be' business processes.
- Analyse and document these processes.
- Investigate operational requirements, problems and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Plan and manage the requirements process from capture through to change control.
- Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and identifies options for consideration.

Primary Responsibilities

- Direct and oversee operations of Finance function across a number of jurisdictions to meet operation, financial and service requirements
- Lead and direct relationships with key business partners
- Provide the Company with effective financial insight, analysis, and challenge
- Create department strategies and specific objectives
- Work towards company objectives that will provide towards the delivery of agreed departmental strategy and team goals by adding value to the Company overall
- Ensure the Finance function is within its legal and financial requirements and complies with relevant codes and regulatory requirements
- Keep Company updated of any changes to legislation and regulations which pertain to financial, and investments matters.
- Analysis reporting of financial performance, reporting to Executive Team

MCE’s marketing requirements have evolved and we’re creating a new role for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our Leadership Team to deliver a digital first strategy of the future.
